I'm a lighter shade of Blue. Met someone I hadn't seen in decades and, believe it or not, I'm wearing her ring now. She makes me smile more often than is strictly healthy for someone like me. Did I change my mind about the horror that was 2020-2021, and much more so because of how the people around me behaved in the name of the greater good? Absolutely not. Am I disappointed in mankind and now fully understand how easy it is for people in power to manipulate us? Yes, I am, but I've come to realize that most people just don't want to think too much. What can I say? Did I miss the few readers I had left? Yes, I did. Other than that, it's all okay. Not sure I'm ready to write yet. We'll see.
I guess, i should say congratulations! Of course, i wish you happiness. I have been feeling blue. People of power have been controlling since the beginning of time. Sigh… i think too much which is problematic. I think with my heart too often and get burned. In any case welcome back. I kept our co/write on my blog even though you were gone. Thank you for all your kindness over the years. I will always treasure the moments.
Thanks, True. Never stop thinking with your heart or your gut feeling for that matter. That's coming from a 52-year-old guy who's still thinks he's 25. I will always treasure our poems and our talks. That's why I kept them in a separate file. Hope your week's been good so far.
Kept it small 'n' intimate. Next time I'll marry you. It's the quickest way to get invited. But then again I know you've got impeccable taste so that may not happen. May. Ha! Anyhooters, I am wearing a ring and turning grey already.
